Welcome to Lavita Home Bedding. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online store and your purchase of bedding collections, comforter sets, duvet covers, pillows, bathrobes, and related sleep accessories within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. About the Store & Governing Law
This store is operated by Lavita Home Bedding, with its showroom at Opposite Gate 3, Souk Naif, Deira, Dubai, UAE (UAE TRN: 100258979200003). These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
2. Orders & Payments
A binding contract is formed when we confirm the order. Payment options may include secure card payment (Visa / Mastercard via Stripe), bank transfer, COD, and buy-now-pay-later providers where enabled. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. Delivery
We deliver across all seven Emirates. Complimentary shipping applies to eligible orders from AED 300 and above unless a campaign states otherwise.
4. Returns
Eligible returns are generally accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item remains unused and sealed. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
